The Jews of Voronovo, Poland (today Voranava, Belarus), who perished in the Holocaust.
Description:
The monument is located in the Eastern Alley of the cemetery, among dozens of other Holocaust memorials erected by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives.
It is a tall, upright stone slab made of light-colored stone. It is set on a stone base, covered with a dark plaque. At the left side of the slab, there is a small stone box, for memorial candles. In front of it, there is a metal sculpture in the form of The Ten Commandments Tablets with two Stars of David carved on them. The area is enclosed by a low iron fence featuring cut-out shapes of raised human hands. The monument bears Hebrew inscriptions honoring the community's memory. The community name is emphasized through the use of a larger font size. Inscriptions indicate that the monument contains the ashes of the community's victims, who perished in the Holocaust.
