Description:
The monument is located in the Southeastern Alley of the cemetery, along with dozens of other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives. The monument is shaped as a large rough-textured stone cube, set on a paved platform. Additional plaques are attached to the monument: one metal plaque on the side of the cube and another plaque embedded in the ground. The monument bears Hebrew inscriptions honoring the community's memory. The community name is emphasized through the use of a larger font size. The inscriptions indicate that the monument contains the ashes of the Jews who perished in the Holocaust

On the right side of the cube, in Hebrew:
לזכר קדושי וירזבניק
Translation: In memory of the martyrs of Wierzbnik.
On the front side of the cube, in Hebrew:
סטרחוביץ' והסביבה
Translation: Starachowice and the surrounding area.
On the plaque that is on the cube, in Hebrew:
כי גדול כים שברך מי ירפא לך (איכה ב')
יום הזיכרון ט"ז מרחשון
Translation: For your ruin is as vast as the sea, who can heal you (Lamentations 2) / Memorial Day: 16 Marheshvan.
On the plaque that is on the ground, in Hebrew:
פה נטמן אפר
קדושים
שנספו בשואה
הי״ד
Translation: Here is buried the ashes / of martyrs / who perished in the Holocaust / May God avenge their blood.
