The Jews of Trochenbrod and Lozisht (Trokhimbrod and Lozisht, Volhynia region, Ukraine), who perished in the Holocaust.
Description:
The monument is located in the Northeastern Alley of the cemetery, along with dozens of other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives.
The monument is made of a dark stone with an engraved image depicting a burning town under a Star of David. In the bottom right corner, a small diagram shows the placement of mass graves. A very similar image was published in the memorial book of the community [Vainer, 1988].
The stone is set on a stone base. The monument is surrounded by four short stone columns connected with metal chains.
The monument bears Hebrew inscriptions honoring the community's memory. The community name is emphasized through the use of a larger font size. Inscriptions indicate that the monument contains the ashes of victims who perished in the Holocaust.

Translation: In memory / of the martyrs / of Trokhimbrod / and Lozisht / (Zofiovka [Sofyovka, Zofiowka] and Ignatovka [Ignatowka]) / may God avenge their blood / For these I weep / for the men, women and children, / holy and pure, / murdered by the Nazi killers / O earth, do not cover their blood.
