The Jews of Rudki, Poland (today Rudky, Ukraine), and the surrounding area, who perished in the Holocaust.
Description:
The monument is a roughly hewn dark stone slab shaped like a boulder. It stands on a rectangular stone base paved with round light-colored stones. In front of the monument is a small stone structure with a metal-framed niche for memorial candles. To its right stands a small square candleholder bearing an inscription around its rim. The overall composition is enclosed by a low stone border.

Translation: Here lies is the ash of the martyrs/of the Rudki community/and its surroundings/which was destroyed in the Holocaust/5703 [1943]/May God avenge their blood.
