Description:

The monument is situated at the mass grave, to the south of the old monument from 1964. 

It is a white concrete wall to which metal plaques with German inscription and the names of the victims are attached. The leftmost plaque bears the epitaph which starts with the words "here are buried" and ends with "may their souls be bound in the bundle of life" in German. Three other plaque bear the names of 228 victims. Each plaque is inscribed with the abbreviations "here are buried" and "may their souls be bound in the bundle of life" in Hebrew. After the list of names, appears the verse from Proverbs 24:12 in German.

Hier ruhen
228 Männer, Frauen und Kinder,
jüdische Zwangsarbeiter aus
Ungarn. Sie wurden in der Nacht
vom 2. auf den 3. Mai 1945
in Hofamt Priel ermordet
und 1964 hierher überführt.

Ihre Seelen sajen eingebunden
in das Bündel des Lebens.

Translation: Here are buried 228 men, women, and children, Jewish forced laborers from Hungary. They were murdered on the night of May 2-3, 1945 in Hofamt Priel and reinterred here in 1964. May their souls be bound in the bundle of life.
