The silver Torah Pointer consists of a bar a pointer and a hanger.

The four faceted bar is divided into upper and lower arms by a globular joint. The lower joint bears a foliate design. The upper joint surmounts the bar. The lower half bears a foliate design. The upper half consists of an openwork design of birds and foliage. A band with a geometric design separates the two halves. The bar terminates in a cuff which bears a dedicatory inscription written in square filled letters. It reads:

ז"נ [זה נדבת] ניסן בן ר' אברוש וזוגתו מע? מט? כתב ריכתבת [ריינה?] ש'ות ותן להם

כל י'ח חיים ארוכים ופח'ם ברכה ושלום אמן סלה

[חפצ] באם? שלמה כמ'ר

אברהם זל

"This was donated by Rabbi Avrush and his wife Ma? Mat? written by ??? (Riena) hear their prayer and give them long lives ??? blessing and peace, amen selah" "??? Solomon ??? Abraham of blessed memory."

The cuff terminates with a clenched hand with a straight index finger.
