Funerary Art New Jewish cemetery in Dubrovytsia, Ukraine
According to ESJF European Jewish Cemeteries Initiative, the exact period of the cemetery establishment is unknown. The oldest tombstone date relates to the early 20th century so it can be assumed that the cemetery emerged during that period. First it appears on Russian topographic maps in 1910-1911. The cemetery is partially demolished. There are signs of fire damage around the site and the bordering fields, with some tombstones showing scorch marks. The fields around are privately owned. Apparently, a Soviet monument used to stand here, but has since been destroyed. There are 12 gravestones.
To reach tne cemetery, head West from the crossroad of Komunalna Street and Aeroflotska Street and continue for around 400 metres. From here, the cemetery can be found on the southern side of the road.
