Неприбутковим товариством зі збереження й захисту єврейських
кладовищ в Європі (ESJF) за сприяння Федеративної Республіки
Німеччина при підтримці фонду Конрада Аденауера та ВААДу України 
в памʼять про загиблу в роки Шоа єврейську громаду смт Клевань.

In Hebrew:

החומה והשער החדשים לבית הקברות היהודי הוקמו על-ידי האירגון האירופאי
לשיקום בתי-קברות יהודיים (ESJF) הודות לתרומה נדיבה מאת הרפובליקה
הפדרלית הגרמנית ובתמיכתם של קרן קונרד אדנאואר ושל הוועד הוקראיני
לזכר יהודי קלבן אשר הושמדו בתקופת השואה.

In German: 

Die neue Zaun des jüdischen Friedhofes wurde von der ESJF
Gemeinnützigen Geselschaft zur Erhaltung und zum Schutz jüdischer
Friedhöfe in Europa errictet. Das Projekt wurde gefördert von der
Bundesrepublik Deutschland mit Unterstützung der
Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung und VAAD Ukraine. Es dient der Erinnerung an
die jüdische Gemeinde des Dorfes Klewan, die in den Jahren der Shoah
vernichtet wurde.

Translation A new fence of the Jewish cemetery was built by the European Jewish Cemeteries Initiative (ESJF) with funds from the Federal Government of Germany and support of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and VAAD Ukraine in memory of the Jewish community of Klevan destroyed in the years of the Holocaust. 2015
