Description:

The plaque is situated in the vestibule, on the right-hand side of the entrance. It covers a niche with a capsule containing the names of 275 Holocaust victims from the Třebíč community, which was placed there during the dedication of the church on September 19, 1954 [Ústřední archiv a muzeum CČSH, f. Ústřední rada CČSH, sign. Složky náboženských obcí – Třebíč; Nový sbor Dr. K. Farského v Třebíči, zpráva o slavnosti uveřejněná v 38. čísle Českého zápasu]. In Czech:

K uctění památky Třebíčských židů,
vyhlazených v konc. táborech
v letech německé okupace
1939 – 1945,
jichž modlitebnou byla tato budova.

Translation: To honor the memory of the Jews of Třebíč who were exterminated in concentration camps during the years of the German occupation 
1939–1945, whose house of prayer was this building.
