Description:
This monument takes the form of a simple headstone. At its top is a Magen David wreathed in barbed wire with the name of the monument beneath it. Below the monument's name is an engraving of an olive branch, followed by a dedicatory inscription in Czech.
The headstone stands on a square stone that serves as its base.
