The wooden Torah^case consists of a body and a crown.

The cylindrical body is composed of two semi-circular sides and is covered by silver sheets with undulaiting upper rim. The sides are decorated symmetrically. Each side bears a chased pattern of the tablets of the covenant iscribed with the beginning of the commandments, resting on a vase, and flanked on either side by an amphora within a cartouche on top of another amphora. The tablets are crowned by a crown-like pattern toped by a flower and a Star of David above it. On the crown is inscribed: "כתר תורה" "Torah Crown"

The central decoration is fraimed by a fraim filled with zig-zag lines.

Annular bands encircle the upper and the lower borders of the case. In a fries above the upper bands is a peripheral deddicatory inscription. In squer filed lestters it reads: "לעלוי נשמת דוד גוברין נפ')נפטר( א אדר תשמ"ו/ לע"נ)לעלוי נשמת( אביו יצחק שאול בובליל נפ')נפטר( תמוז תשמ"ו " "For the exaltation of the soul of David Guvrin who passed away on the first of Adar (5)746 (= 1.3.1986)/ For the exaltation of the soul of his fathfer Ishak Shaul Bublil who passed away on Tamuz (5)742 (=7.1982)"

The inscription continiues on a fries below the lower bands: "תורה צוה לנו משה מורשה קהלת יעקב באדיבותה של אמו שרה בובליל היו ה' ישמרה ויזכה" "Moses commanded us a low, even the inheritance of the congregation of Jacob(Deut. 33:4) With the kindness of his mother Sara Bublil may the Lord sustain her and grant her favour."

The case is closed with a hooked closure.

The onion shape crown is composed of main section, a crest, and an apex. The main section is decorated with foliate scrolls. Its pointed part is encircled by two dots rings and is decorated with fish scales.

The crest is decorated with trefoil pattern and is surmounted by an onion apex chased with flowers and leaves. Two round earings are hung from rings which attached to the apexe's sides. A Star of David is mounted over the apex. The inner face of the case is covered with velvet. The inner face of the crown are coverd with silver sheets bear an incription which is an abbreviation of the inscriptions wreeten on the external side.
