Description:
This memorial plaque is a white stone slab, with large bolts holding it to the wall, and supported by two brackets of the same material. The plaque is inscribed with dedicatory inscriptions, at the top in Hebrew and at the bottom in Croatian, with three columns of Holocaust victims' names featuring in the center of the plaque.

According to the inscription, the plaque was unveiled in September 1961.
According to the documentation made by Zusia Efron in 1964, this plaque was situated in the prayer hall, in the left side of the eastern wall (see here).
It is not clear when this plaque was moved to the staircase, to be replaced by another plaque hanging at the same place (see here).
