The Christian printer Johann Anton Krüger ran a Hebrew printing press in Nowy Dwór, Neuhof (near Warsaw), from 1781 until 1814.  His printer's mark appears on most of his publications: in this instance a large monogram comprised of the letters JAK, enclosed in an ornate scrolled and foliate frame with two delicate urns (Ya'ari 154).
