The flat part of the upper arm is decorated with rhomboids and small rectangles. ## The forearm is flat and tapering and bears a dedicatory inscription. The dedicatory inscription on the forearm is engraved in linear letters, and reads towards the pointer, and reads: קל"ה )קודש לה'(מאת אסתר סרגוסטי ## לע"נ )לעילוי נשמת( בנה הבחור יוסף סרגוסטי תנ"צב"ה ) תהי נשמתו צרורה בצרור החיים( " Dedicated to the Lord (int.) by Esther Saragusti ## for the exaltation of the soul of (int.) her son, the youth Joseph Saragusti may his soul be bound up in the bond of life (int)"
