A prisoner of a Nazi concentration camp dated back to the IIWorld War is depicted full face in the picture.His face occupies almost the whole plane of
the composition. His egg-shaped skull is drawn out upwards significantly. The senseless look of his large eyes is directed to the viewer. His tightly closed
lips are stretchedout in a smile. His big nose, hollow cheeks and sticking out ears accentuate his exhausted face, painted with light-brown color.
Turning the painting head over heels the other image can be seen by the viewer: a face with a short wide nose, with a look staring to one and the same
point, and with a bit crooked and slightly opened mouth.
