The picture represents a caricature portrait of a Jew up to one's breast. His face is white, a big nose is executed by red contour-line.The eyes are outlined by blue contour with yellow paint within and shaded by red contours and spots The paint is very wash and runs down like tears. His mouth is executed as a blue oval contour with red spots within it. The big Magen David is painted on his foreground as a black contour with yellow spots. We can see an upper part of his body painted in yellow color and a big inscription "Evrei - vrag perestroiki" [A Jew is an enemy of the Perestroika"] written by brush with gouache in square Cyrillic letters. The broad red strip frames the picture. The background is painted in violet, yellow and white color.
