The silver tower like rimon consists of a shaft, a body and an apex. ## The cylindrical shaft is smooth and tapers toward the top. The pentagonal body is mounted over a bowled body base and is surmounted by an undulating cap topped with a bud. The base is divided into two bands, one decorated with acanthus leaves the other by a vegetal pattern. ##Each facet of the body is pierced with two eight petaled flowers at the top and bottom, with a bell-shaped opening in the middle. From each middle opening hangs a bell. The inscription is engraved in linear letters as appears on each facet: לק"ק מצרים לה' קדש ממני אה'צ מרדכי הלוי עוריבי הי'ו ש' תאריך ימים The inscription reads: "To the holy Egyptian community, dedicated to the Lord, from me, (?) Mordechai HaLevi Orivi, may the Lord protect and sustain him, the year, l851 (1871?)
