  Wooden Synagogue in Zhydachiv (Żydaczów), Ukraine

The preserved photographs show that the walls of the prayer hall were covered by painted texts of prayers.

The partition of the women's section was decorated with a large scene "By the Rivers of Babylon": musical instruments hanging on trees.

The lower tier of the interior dome bore medallions with depiction of landscapes.
