The Miniature model tombstone (plaque) has architectural shape. it is composed of an arch between two columns. It has a dedictatory inscription wich begin from above folowing the arch and terminates on the lower part in an arched door shape in seven lines. The inscription in square letters reads:

"על אלה אני בוכיה עיני ירדו מים## כד ## על##פטירת## יעקב בן ר )רבי(##ישראל הכהן##בודקו כ'ו ניסן##תרפ"ט##תנצב"ה" )תהי נשמתו צרורה בצרור החיים( " r (1820)."

Flanking the door are two columns with wide capitals and bases. Above them there is an arch shape, which bears a priest blesing. Flanking the compositionfrom the botom: a flowering plant, it stems from a vase shape. from above: a rampant lion facing backwards with revealing tongues. Surmounting this composition an arch shape wich bears the dedictatory inscription, a jar and basket with fruits. from both side of these composition there is acolumn shape decorated with a squar wich bears a mehumash and a star in it`s centere. The squar shape column from both sides surmaunted with a globular unit. all this composition is divided with vertical and horizontal lines.
