The bulb-shaped Torah finial has a shaft and the lower section of the body remaining. The cylindrical shaft has a wide base and an undulating capital decorated with a floral pattern. Two proruding rings are located beneath the capital and one on top of it.

The remaining lower section is decorated with a whorl of leaves radiating from the bottom.
