The rectangular off-white velvet mantle is composed of two pieces of cloth cloaks attached at the upper border, leaving two openings for the Torah scroll rods. The cloth is decorated with a centralized Star of David surmounted by an inscription written in filled square letters:

The bottom part is decorated by two lions which reveal their tongue and flank a vase decorated with geometrical motives. The mantle's back depicts a deer sitting under two trees. At the lower part, the date is embroidered and reads: "תרסה" which stand for the date 1905.
