Both sides of the sheet feature drawings (see 2020.7.2, oc. 13783) from the verso side. Psalms 69 is written on the lower half of the sheet on 14 lines in cursive letters which increase in size from line to line, culminating in very large letters on the bottom line. The letters on lines 1-5 are very small (5 mm),bold, and dense. Lines 5-8 are written in 10 mm letters. On line 8 the word "pour out" (69:25) is enclosed within a square against a shared background. On line 10 there are 20 mm letters. "שפך" A Black bull's head is depicted on line 10 after the word "ox" (69:32) and extends into line 11. At the beginning of line 11 a hoof is depicted instead the word "hoof" ( 69:32). The letters on line 12 measure 30-40 mm although the words "the heaven and the earth" ( 69:35) on line 12 are written in slightly larger and bolder letters. In line 12 the size of the letters is 30-40mm. "שמיים וארץ" The word "therein" (69:35) at the beginning of line 13 is vocalized. The letters on line 14 are very broad and large measuring 50 mm.
