The painting is composed of two sections, each framed with wood and glass. In the right section the word "no" is written in large Hebrew block letters in black with vocalization. The word takes up most of the canvas. On the left picture a smiling golden calf is depicted turning to the left against a white background with light shades of green, pink, and orange. The calf's left eye resembles a person's whereas his right eye is red with green eyelashes. Four fingers with painted nails hold the calf's head between its horns. The nails are coloured (from right to left): red, yellow, blue, and gray.
