Psalm 89 is written in two blocks connected by the same line, which is the last (17th) of the upper right block and the upper (first) line of the lower left block. The block on the upper right side of the yellowish sheet contains 17 straight lines (Psalms 89: 1-29) and is written in block and cursive letters whose size and boldness varies. The block that is written on part of the lower left side of the picture contains 12 straight lines (Psalms 89: 29-53) and is written in bold cursive, average-size letters. On the other side of the sheet the number 89 is written in cursive Hebrew letters on the lower right. "פ"ט" At the block on the upper right the upper two lines (Psalms 89:1-4 KJ 3) are written in small thin letters, which get larger, bolder, and more spacious from line to line untill line 7 where the letters are large until the end of the block. At line 6 the letter Zadi of the word "north" (Psalms 89:13, KJ 12) is written as a block letter. At line 7, the word "Tabor" of the same verse is written in very large letters and Mt. Tabor is drawn beside it in thin lines "צפון", "תבור". In line 8 the words "Justice and Judgement" (Psalms 89:15, KJ 14) are written in very large letters. In the lower left block in the middle of line 5 the letter Resh of the word "his hedges" (Psalms 89:41, KJ 40) is very bold and large. Below it, between the words "his adversaries" and "thou hast made..." (Psalms 89:43, KJ 42) a word is erased by an X "גדרותיו". At the end of line 11 the word "O Lord" (Psalms 89:52, KJ 51) is written in bolder, larger, and more spacious letters. The last line contains only two words: "aman and amen" (Psalms 89: 53, KJ 52) written in larger letters "יהוה", "אמן ואמן. On the other side of the sheet the number 88 is written in cursive Hebrew letters on the lower right "פ"ח".
