Two hands are depicted on the two panels of this diptych. The panels, which are equal in size, are attached to each other by metal hinges. A right hand which forms a fist is depicted on the upper three quarters of the right panel against a purple background. The Hebrew vowel "Kamatz" which forms the sound "uh" is written in black on a white background in the bottom quarter of the panel. An open right hand with the palm facing the viewer on the upper three quarters of the panel is depicted against a sky blue background. The vowel "Patah" forming the sound "uh" is written in black on a white background in the lower quarter of the panel.
