Jewish Architecture Synagogue in Działoszyce - photos of 2000
To the main object: Synagogue in Działoszyce, Poland
A brick, neoclassical, pitch-roofed synagogue, with an interesting architectural-sculptural decoration was erected in 1852. Outside the building, inscriptions in Hebrew were placed on a triangular gable. An extension to the synagogue housed a cheder, library, mikveh and an apartment of the rabbi.
