© Center for Jewish Art, Photographer: Radovan, Zev, 1993

The silver Torah finials consist of a shaft,a body and an apex.

The cylindrical tapering shaft is encircled at the bottom and top by a ring. The hexagonal two levelled tower-shaped body is mounted over a faceted circlet with wavy edges. Every facet on each level is decorated with a central motif of a bouquet of flowers on an upside down arch, surmounted by a round trefoil and a flower in each of the upper corners. An undulating column flanks either side of the facets. The top and base of the columns is a square capital with a lily flower on its upper part. Each facet is surmounted by an encircling band of a wavy pattern with a dot and a flower alternatly. Both levels terminate with an encircling wavy band of a floral pattern. Six rings in a shape of scrolls are attached to the columns of the upper level and carry chains with bells.

The upper part of the body is a dome decorated with whorl of leafs radiating from the center. The apex is knob shaped.
