The silver cylindrical coronet is divided into three parts: a base a body and upper edges. The base is decorated with a circumfering foliate scroll which is inscribed within two smooth rings. The convexed body is decorated with two circumfering scrolls of vine which bears clusters of grapes and leaves. The upper part of the body is a separated band decorated with the same pattern as the base. The serrated apper edges are widening outwards. They are decorated with a circumfiring motive of a pares of leaves. A seperated plaque in an ovalic shape is inserted through a hook which is attached to the inner side of the coronet. The center of the plaque depicts the Tables of Covenant which bear the opening words of the Decalogue topped by an inscription in square linear letters and reads: "כתר תורה" "Crown of Torah" The bands are decorated with small dots. The lower part of the plaque is decorated with a band of dots surmounted by a band of leaves.
