he square Torah shield consists of a plate. Dedicatory inscription upears in the upper part of the shield in in square filled letters with a grooved pattern which reads from right to left: "ספר שני" "The second book"
A bouquet of leafs and buds encircles the inscription. The lower part of the bouquet is decorated with a ribbon. On the lowest sides of the square appears a flower with leavs.
A Star of David is mounted over the inscription. A long chain is attached to the upper part of the shield.
