Хаим Шломович Славин

This scroll belogned and was written in the time of Sevastopol war, when he went to the campaing of 1854. It was written with the blood of the fallen in the war. His name is Shlomo son of reb Moshe Slavin from the town of Zlobin, Mogilev province. He was at the war at the age of 17 or 18, and died at the age of 48. Died in 1848(?) wounded by Turkish war and granate near Plevna.

He served in 13 regiment of Hussars.

From me, Haim Slavin
