The silver cylindrical coronet is divided into two parts: a base and an upper part. The convexed base is decorated with a band of crests encircling a flower. Between the crests there is a foliate pattern. The lower edges of the base are decorated with a pattern of a leaf framed by an arch and a pattern of a branch and leaves intermittently. The upper part is decorated with five smooth oval medallions each is framed by a band of circles. A lily flower surrounded by an arch is set between the medallions. Each medallion bears an inscription in square filled letters which reads:
On the first medallion:
"הקדש##לק"ק )לקהל קדוש( בית##ישראל יב"ץ )יראו בנחמת ציון("
"Dedicated to the holy congregation Beit Israel may they witness the comfort of Zion"
Continues on the second medallion:
"מהגברת מזל טוב תמ"א )תבורך מנשי אוהל( לע"נ )לעילוי נשמת( מר בעלה"
"From Mrs. Mazal Tov blessed shall she be above women in the tent (Judg. 5:24) for the exaltation of the soul of Mr. her husband"
Continues on the third medallion:
"ה"ח ה"ננ"זי##דוד צונצין מ"ך )מנוחתו כבוד( נלב"ע )נפטר לבית עולמו(##ביום 62"
"......................David Tzuntzin his rest be honoured who passed away in the day of the twenty sixth"
Continues on the fourth medallion:
"ל"ח )לחודש(##כסלו שנתתנצב"ה )תהא נשמתו צרורה בצרור החיים("
"The month Kislev the year 5699 [1939] may his soul be bound up in the bond of life"
The fifth medallion is decorated with a Star of David and rays radiating from him. Between the medallions and the arches there are leaves. The upper and lower bands are decorated with grooves. The coronet has wavy edges decorated with the same crest pattern of the base. A bar with holes for the staves is attached across the lower part of the coronet.
