The rectangular paper is decorated with three seven-branched menorahs containing the inscription of Ps. 67:1-8, starting at the top bar. The stem of the central menorah is flanked by depictions of Temple implements: A three-stepped stone, an oil flask, snuffers and a goblet. The plaque is filled with inscriptions of biblical text and benedictions. A dedicatory inscription is written in brown letters at the bottom part of the plaque. It reads: קדש לה' מאת האשה הכבודה והצנועה סלטנה ## בת עזרה אשת רחמים זכריה לביה!כ הבושרים !Dedicated to the Lord from the woman, the honoured and modest Saltanah ## daughter of Ezra, wife of Rahamim Zechariah to the synagogue of the Busharim!
