The tombstone is a rectangular stela topped by a triangular part that raises between two geometric onion-shaped crests. The stela bears an inscription framed by a rectangular frame. The frame has curved upper corners. The top bears a jag and is also framed. The frames are decorated with two branches. The inscription, engraved in square raised relief letters on nine lines, reads:
פנהאיש ה---התרני מהורריהודא טרייטיקםגל שנפטראדר רישאןבשנת תקלח
Translation: Here lies the? the learned in Torah our teacher, the Rabbi, R.Judah Treitik Segal, who passed away on 1 the month of Adar the year (5)538 (1778).
The cemetery is partly fenced. Its roadside is surrounded by a concrete fence of 1.5 meters in height. The northern part of the cemetery is used as a private garden.
