The silver Torah shield is rectangular and terminates with a semi circular arch. It is decorated simmetricaly with a central exis. The center depicts the Tablets of the Covanents which repeats the shield's shape. It bears the begginings of the Ten Commandments, five on each side. The priestly blessing surmounts the tablets and topped by a human faced lion couchant guardant. On the sides there are two columns with twistedclines that are standing on a base. Two birds with spread wings and a leaf in their beak are above the columns. Below the tables there is a flat scroll that bears an inscription, in square linear letters, and reads: "ז"נ )זאת נדבת( א' מינדל בת ר' )רבי( אברהם(". "This was donated by A. Mindl daughter of Rabbi Abraham." The plate is framed by a smooth band.
