Fol. 22: In the top part of the outer margin, next to the verse in the piyyu אומץ גבורותיך (Davidson, I, א No. 1871, p. 87) relating to Belshazzar's feast, is a table covered by a fringed tablecloth, laid with two cups, a knife and a mazah. Above the scene is inscribed ערוך השולחן "spread the table".
In the middle of the outer margin, next to the verse in the piyyu אומץ גבורותיך(Davidson, I, א No. 1871, p. 87) relating to the Esther story, is the open palm of a right hand. Inscribed above תעוז ידך ותרום ימינך"Thy hand shall be strong, thy right arm uplifted".
In the left-hand corner, is a large figure of Esther, crowned, pointing toward a group of three smaller Jews in front of her. Inscribed above the latterקהל כנסה הדסה "Hadassah gathered a crowd".
In the lower margin, Haman is hanging from a tree. Inscribed over his head המן הרעשע "the wicked Haman" and next to the illustration בעץ חמישי"on a tree of fifty [cubits]" (Esther 7:9).
