Four hallmarks are stamped on the arms of the crown.
1. The hallmark depicts Saint George on a horse killing the dragon, within a cut-angle rectangular frame. This is a city hallmark for Moscow between 1846-1856.

2. The hallmark depicts the cyrillic letters A.K (A.K) above a line with the date 1845 below it, within a cut-angle rectangular frame. This is an assayer hallmark of Kovalski Andrei Antonovitch who was active between 1821-1856.

3. The hallmark depicts the cypher: 84, within a cut-angle rectangular frame. This is a Russian quality mark that was used in the 18-19c. C.f. Postnikova Losseva, p.148, no.13.
4. The hallmark depicts the cyrillic letters: ee (ee), within a rectangular frame. These initials indicate an unknown artist that was active between the years 1836-1856.
