The two tiered Torah crown consists of a main section and a crest.

The round coronet like base is composed of two units. The lower one is a band that bears twelve medallions of the zodiac signs identified by their names (8833). Below the medallions is a band inscribed with a dedication in square filled letters it reads: זה הכתר נדור שמואל יוסיף בן יונה וגם אישתו רחל בת ליבער ראבינסקי שנת תר"ה נ )?( פו )פה?( זלאטיפאלי "This Crown was vowed by Samuel Yosif son of Jona and his wife Rachel daughter of Liber Rabinsky in the year 605 (=1845) here Zlatipoli."

The upper unit is composed of a band with acanthus leaves that project backward. Eight rounded arms emerge from between the leaves. Each arm is decorated with a foliate scroll bearing flowers and leaves, that converge at the base of the crest.

The crestrepeats the shape and decoration of the crowns lower tier but it's smaller, compressed and it lacks an inscription and the zodiac signs.
