A rectangular standing tombstone is backed by a horizontal laying slab. The front of the tombstone consists of an epitaph surmounted by a curved curtain with three tassels.
The epitaph reads:

תרע"ח תנצבה
Translation:
Here is buried
An important man,
Our teacher r. Toyvie
Son of Avraham Yever
Died on ? of Iyar, the year
[5]678; May his soul be bound in the bundle of life
