Rectangular undecorated tombstone of 1929 is attached to a smaller tombstone in the form of tree/flower with Magen David at its top. The smaller tombstone is inscribed in its bottom with letter פ"נ(here is buried).

The inscription on the larger tombstone reads:

פ"נ

שנת תרפ"ט

[איש ח]שוב מ' ר'

[???] בר נפתלי

[נפטר ?] אדר שני

[תנ]צבה

Translation:

The year [5]689

Here is buried

An important man, our teacher r.

??? son of r. Naftali

[Died on ?] of Second Adar

May his soul be bound in the bundle of life
