A rectangular tombstone consists of an epitaph written in square sunken letters, which is flanked by two “Corinthian” columns. The epitaph is surmounted by a panel presenting two rampant lions holding an open Torah ark.
The epitaph reads:

Translation:
Here is buried
a honest and flawless man
out teacher Avraham son of r.
Leibish; died
26 of Shvat, the year
[5]666 according to the small count
May his soul be bound in the bundle of life
