The monument, commemorating the Jewish Holocaust victims from Čavusy (Chausy), is erected in the local Jewish cemetry where their remains were reburied. It is shaped like a massive upright stele and bears two non-identical inscriptions in Yiddish and Russian.
The territory of the monument is fenced.
