The silver Torah Finial consists of a shaft, a body and an apex.

The shaft is cylindrical and is supported by a round raised base. The central strip of the base is decorated with a floral and foliate motif. The base ends in leaves that widen outwards.

The cylindrical shaft is smooth at the bottom and decorated with openworked scrolls on top. The shaft is topped by a faceted dome decorated with flowers. The globular body is decorated with foliate scrolls and sits on a thick ring.

The globular apex sits on a floral circlet and is topped by one as well.
