The Jews of Wodzisław and Sędziszów, Poland, who perished in the Holocaust.
Description:
The monument is located in the Western Alley of the cemetery, along with dozens of other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives.
The memorial features a black slab between two white stone pillars and set on a white base. At the base of the black slab, is a round metal door to a niche that contains the scrolls with the names of the martyrs. The door is adorned above with a leaf motif. In front, two short stone pillars are linked by a metal chain.
The slab, pillars, and metal door are inscribed in Hebrew.

Translation: In memory/ of the holy martyrs of the communitie/s of Wodzisław/ and Sędziszów/ who perished in the Holocaust. May God avenge their blood.
