The tas is made of silverplated brass and consists of a plate, a chain and a crest. The plate is in the shape of a cartouche. It is decorated with two rampant lions looking backwards. They support a cartouche and inside are the five and five Tables of the Covenant. On the higher section is a acanthus leave. The frame for the calendar tablet is rectangular and is set in the lower part of the plate. Bellow the calender tablet are scrolls in shape of branches which are hold together by a double palmette The plate is framed by grooved lapids rised over round bases. A crest in the shape of a lobbed and beaded crown is attached to the plate. The plate is hung by a chain which is inserted through three rings attached to the back of the plate.
