Rachel's tomb is depicted as a brick dome building of two annexes. The one on the right is higher and is surmounted by a pointed dome, while the roof of the lower annexe is flat. Each section has a pointed arch shape oppening. Above the tomb are the branches of an olive tree that growes in front of the right side of the building. ##In the lower part of the medallion is an inscription. Inscribed in one line in linear letters it is read: !קבר רחל! !Rachel's Tomb!
Avshalom Memorial is depicted as a dome building which has in the facade two pairs of columns that support a wide architrave. A conical dome surmounts the building. It is supported by a drum, set on the architrave. A high base with stairs on its sides suppotrs the memorial building which is flanked from its left by a brick wall whill the open landscape is seen to its right. ##In the lower part of the medallion is an inscription. Inscribed in one line in linear letters it is read: !יד אבשלום! !Avshalom Memorial!
