The Torah case is made of wood and consists of a body and a crown.

The body is cylindrical and covered by dark red velvet attached along the edges by domed head nails. A silver band is attached to the top of the body. Ten rings carrying chains with flattened and slit drop-shaped belles are attached to them. Two identical cartouche-shaped silver plates are attached to the front. It is decorated by a tablet of the covenant flanked by two curtains. A crown-like crest is surmounting the plate. The case is closed by two pairs of silver clasps. Two pairs of hinges are in the back of the case. The inner case is covered by dark cotton and decorated with a floral pattern.

There are two insert holes for the rods. The onion-shaped crown is composed of a main section, a crest, and an apex. The main section is covered with dark red velvet and nailed in a decorative pattern. The crest is undulating and surmounted by an onion-shaped head. It is covered by a silver plate attached by nails. The base is decorated by vertical branches. It is surmounted by a band decorated by a vertical linear pattern. The onion-shaped head is decorated by petals radiating from a bud-shaped apex. Four chains carrying flattened and slit drop-shaped belles are attached to each side of the crest. Four wooden Rimon mounts are fixed. Two on the crown and two on top of the case. The inner face of the crown is covered by white paper in an arch-like frame. The paper bears an inscription written in black linear letters. The inscription is almost identical on both sides. The first part of the inscription is read from right to left in an arch line. The other parts are read from right to left:
