The cup shaped like a beer mug tapering towards the top consists of a receptacle, a lid, and a handle. The cylindrical receptacle bears teardrop-shaped designs and rests on a base decorated with oval medallions. The round raised lid is decorated with the same motif as the receptacle and the flower-shaped apex has a little putto sitting on top of it with raised hands. The ear-shaped handle bears a male bust and the top part has a depiction of a naked female torso holding fishtails in her hands. The bottom of the cup bears a dedicatory inscription in square filled letters which reads:

"This is the donation of the honourable Rabbi Elijah Kolka with his wife Mrs. Ziporehl may she rest in peace in the year [5]641=(1881)".
