The purple parokhet is made of velvet . The parokhet is rectangular. A dedicatory inscription in a wreath of flowers depicts the center of parokhet, and its lower part. Two rampant lions~ rising over the inscription supporting a missing Torah^crown~. An inscription appears between the lions and reads: כ"ת "Crown of Torah(int.)" The central decoration is surrounded by stars motif. The parokhet is framed by foliate runner. The dedicatory inscription is embroidered in outline letters and reads: לכבוד המקום##ולכבוד התורה##זאת נדב##הקצין כהר)כבוד הרב( הרש בעהם##עם זוגתו מרת אסתר##גאלדנער נ"י)נרו יאיר(##לזכר עולם יהיה לזרעם אחריהם##שזכו ליום אפריונם##גאלדענע הארצייט##בשנת ת'ר'ע'ג' לפ"ק##פה ק"ק סאבאד סאללאש "In the honor of the Lord##and in the honor of the Torah##this was donated by##the eminent, the honourable Rabbi(int.) Hirsh Baham##with his wife Mrs. Esther##Goldner, may his light shine(int.) For everlasting remembrnace shall be to their seed after them##who reached their golden anniversary##in the year (5)673=(1913)##here, in the holy congregation(int.) Szabadszállás"
