The silver Yom Kippur bucle is rectangular. The center bears three oval medallions with inscriptions in square filled letters. The inscription in the right medallion reads: "אנא יי'/צעקתינו קבל/ברחמיך הרבים מחל/לא וסלח חטאמנו מרע/הושיעני ומחלים רעים/רפאנו שלח משיחנו/ותעשה אתנו למענך/השכ כפי הבטחת/נביאך זרעינו/כספינו רבה/והאריך לנו חיינו/ישועת ידיך הט'/עלינו" The inscription in the left medallion reads: "ותמלוך לעולם/מהרה החזירנו/בתשובה אבינו/מלכנו מחל עוונותינו/פשעינו חטאתינו/תבא בקשותינו ?/לפניך ועננו כחסדך/שנת ברכנו אבינו/לחיים טובים לפק$$1)2571(" Under both inscripitions there are floral scrolls.  The central medallion bears a dedicatory inscription which reads: "יצחק בן/המנוח כמהו"רר/שמואל כהנא זצ'ל )זכר צדיק לברכה(/כלך כמנינארהאי/חתימה למנינא דהאי/כתיבה אבינו מלכנו/כתבנו בספר זכיות/ויהי רצון שתהא/הכתיבה והחתימה/מן השמים שוין/לטובה עלנו/ועל כל אחינו/בני ישראל אמן" There is a foliate scroll under the inscription. The medallions are surrounded by a foliate frame. The buckle is connected to a cloth belt.
