The silver Torah shield is rectangular and terminates with a semi circular arch. It consists of a plate. The center depicts two cartouches one above the other framed by foliate scrolls. They are surmounte by a foliate crown, and supported by two statant reguardant human faced lions, with tail elevated between their legs. The lions are sited on two columns hidden behind a foliate frame at the bottom of the plate. Two birds facing in and picking fruits are set within the frame, from which Two branches flowers emerge. The plate is framed by a smooth raised band. Two round holes for a crown are pierced above the lions.
